    No. There is no minimum order, so you can start with a small selection of products and build your range around what works best for your customers.

    We welcome applications from genuine pet businesses and professionals, including independent pet shops, online pet retailers, raw food stores, groomers, dog trainers and other pet-focused businesses.

    Do I need a physical shop to become a stockist?

    No. We work with both bricks-and-mortar and online pet businesses. All trade applications are reviewed before access is approved.

    Approved Logan's stockists receive 40% off our recommended retail prices across our supplement range.

    Which Logan's products should I start with?

    You don't need to stock the full range from day one. We're happy to help you choose a starting selection based on your business and customers, and with no minimum order you can easily add to your range as you discover what works best for you.

    How quickly will my trade application be reviewed?

    A member of our team personally reviews every trade application. We aim to review and respond to applications as quickly as possible and within one working day.

    How do I start ordering once my trade account is approved?

    Once your application has been approved, you'll receive a welcome email confirming that your trade account is ready.

    Simply use Trade Login on our website and enter the same email address you used when applying. Shopify will send you a secure one-time login code — there are no usernames or passwords to remember. Once signed in, you'll be able to access your trade account, view your trade pricing and start ordering.
